• Please note that the opening hours at Wai-o-Tapu are 8:30am - 4:30pm with the last entry into the park at 3pm
• The park’s visitor facilities include restrooms, lockers, a visitor center, a small café, and picnic areas
• This is an active geothermal area, meaning the ground and water often reach boiling temperatures. Do not wander outside of designated areas
• Of the three walking trails at Wai-O-Tapu, only one is accessible for wheelchair users and strollers
• - Please note Wai-O-Tapu is a cashless on site, all major credit cards and EFTPOS are accepted.

Go to 201 Waiotapu Loop Rd, Rotorua, Waiotapu 3073 to see the Lady Knox Geyser. If you want to see the Lady Knox Geyser show, please go directly to this address by 10:15 AM. If you want access to the park, follow the road to the Visitors Center.
